What I once thought to be solid and permanent institutions, businesses and beleifs are dissolving right before my eyes, and I wonder, do I have the capcity to cope with all this change.
With over 30 years of being an entrepeneur, raising my family to adulthood, I thought I had masstered this quite well. However creating the Ultimate Lifestyle would take me into a whole new dimension of bettering myself and being this for the people I care about. Deep inside it must be possible to realize more of my human potential. To experience a better version of myself it was essential I go inwards.
Questions I ask myself, Who am I? How do I experience life? What am I capable of now? What can I accomplish in my life journey? This journey inwards has been in action for over 15 years and it amazes me the vastness of SELF awareness and consciousness to discover.
These teachings would not be possible if I did not work with my own LIFE team. I have coaches, teachers, mentors, master minds, spiritual leaders, chefs, feng shui experts, physical trainer, therapists, friends, family and community.
I have put together a solid body of work that touch the elements of mind, body, spirit and a team of coaches for my LIFE and Business.
Becoming aligned with my inner and outer worlds is my best version of myself. I know who I am, and I create my life by design.
